In my mind he was always the ‘heavyweight’ of the collectordaily team. His pieces revealed a big personality; someone who was deep thinking, informed, insightful, and ready to say what he wanted to say.

As you hinted at in your appreciaton, I sometimes had a feeling he particularly liked the photography of Avedon : D
