The photography available in Phillips’ upcoming 20th Century and Contemporary Art sales travels roads we have been down many times before, and while there is much less on offer photographically here than in the sales of its competitors this particular season, the specific works up for sale are generally solid examples from bold faced names. Led by a lesser Richard Prince cowboy, the works by Cindy Sherman, Louise Lawler, and Cory Arcangel in particular are all worth a look.
